These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Zemberi UG (haftungsbeschränkt) ("we", "our", or "us"). They govern your use of our jDay app, supporting services, and content ("Services").
To use jDay, you must accept these Terms and Privacy Policy.
From time to time, we may update these Terms. The date of the last modification will always be listed at the top of the page. If change is material, we’ll also ask you to accept the new terms inside the jDay app.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We are not a medical organization. Our Services are not a substitute for medical advice. You are responsible for your own health.
This section only applies if you buy a Premium subscription.
By paying the subscription fee, you get access to Premium features during the time your subscription is valid. You may at any time terminate your subscription, in which case it will still be valid for the subscription time you have already paid for. If you have subscribed to jDay through the use of Google Play Store or any other such service provider, using in-app purchases, you can only cancel your subscription through the use of their services.
We reserve the right to change the subscription fees and offer discounts throughout the year.
Our Services are provided "AS IS", without any warranties. You use them at your own risk.
We reserve the right to add and remove features as well as suspend or even discontinue our Services, either temporarily or permanently. In the case of the final discontinuation, we'll do our best to support existing users.
